Australian Grapefruit Bowl Recipe

Serving Size 1 (254g) (Calories: 127)

Recipe makes  4 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons dry sherry
  • mint leaves

Directions:

  • Cut grapefruit in halves and remove fruit sections with a knife or grapefruit spoon. The pulp only- no skins.
  • Combine in a covered bowl with all of the other ingredients and chill at least two hours.
  • Remove skins from grapefruit halves and use them as a serving bowl.
